SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Queendom Crowns, every crown is carefully prepared, customized, styled, and quality checked before it is shipped or released for pickup. Please read our shipping and return policy before placing your order.
Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship Crowns
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipping or local pickup.
Ready-Made / Customized Crowns
Please allow 7–10 business days for customization, styling, quality check, and fulfillment before shipping or local pickup.
Done-For-You Packages
Processing and appointment timing may vary based on the selected package, wig preparation, and appointment availability. Done-For-You packages are completed during your scheduled appointment unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after processing is complete. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Queendom Crowns is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available once your crown has been completed and you have received confirmation that it is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have been notified.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once your order has been placed and processing or customization has started, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Ready-made crowns, customized wigs, and wig orders are prepared specifically for each client, so cancellations may not be accepted once the order is in progress.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and sanitary nature of wigs, lace products, and hair services, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, altered, installed, lace cut, washed, colored, styled, or removed from their original condition.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and clear photos of the concern. If the issue is due to an error on our end, we will review the order and provide the best resolution.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Queendom Crowns is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist with any information needed for the claim.
Ready-Made Wig Disclaimer
Ready-made crowns do not include an install. Each ready-made crown is customized, styled, and prepared for wear, but installation services must be booked separately unless stated otherwise.
For the full-service experience, please book a Done-For-You package.
Packaging
Each crown is carefully packaged before shipping or pickup. Packaging may include care essentials such as a wig cap, care card, edge brush, prayer card, or other inserts based on availability.
